Preloved items

Customers can return used Kinaiya items instead of going to landfill. These items will be donated to charitable causes, giving them new life and purpose someplace else.

What we’re doing

Right now, we’re proud to ship every order using 100% compostable, plant-based packaging. We avoid unnecessary waste while doing our best to make sure your order arrives safely without harming the environment. While we’re still evolving, our focus is on improving how we source, make, and deliver. From materials to energy use, we’re working to bring sustainability into every part of our process.

The progress

We are not perfect. We know our current manufacturing and production methods still have a long way to go before they’re truly sustainable. But the intention is there, and that’s where change begins.

We’re committed to transitioning towards more environmentally responsible practices as soon as we can, whether that means sourcing better materials, improving how we work with suppliers, or reducing our emissions every step of the way.
